Our Moose Hunts are hills hunts by atv.
The accomodation during our Moose hunt is a large 16x32 ft.
cabin. This camp is located on the Buffalo Head Hills 11 miles
from the nearest road beside the beautiful Buffalo Creek. It comes with a
shower room. You head out in the morning from the cabin by atv to a suitable
calling area. The Moose are called into the numerous clearings in the
area. The Moose are skinned and quartered and then taken out to a butcher for
processing.
The terrain is hilly with a fair amount of muskeg in the low spots. The
tree cover is large heavy white spruce,aspens,black spruce in the low
areas,and willows.
